Tier Four is the most premium and extensive option for your business.
For a modest one-time setup fee, you get 1,000 business cards (double sided, color) with your information, logo, colors, fonts, etc, as well as 1,000 of your contacts to be uploaded to our automated e-mail blast system. You tell us the content you want (pictures, logos, colors, text including contact information), and we build the digital flyer and send it out to all of your contacts automatically once per month. Once we send out your flyer, we will send you a detailed report describing not only who opened the message, but also where they clicked and when. Our system gives you the robust information you need to maximize every email blast, every month!
In addition to virtual mail, with Tier Four you also get 1,000 6.5″x9″ EDDM postcards (full color, both sides) customized from our provided options. We can send them out to all the houses surrounding a specific point (if, for example, you selected a “Just Sold” postcard for a house near downtown, other potential sellers might see your good work on that house and hire you). We can also target broader zip codes as well. Whichever way you prefer, we will maximize your marketing potential.
This tier also provides you setup of custom social media accounts built by our team of marketing experts. Get a more complete picture of customer engagement and grow your business every month with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn, Blogger, etc.

*Printing and shipping costs are included in the monthly plan. For Email Blasts and Analytics, you will need to provide us with a CSV document (you can export your contacts list as a CSV from within Microsoft Excel or Apple’s Numbers programs) of your contacts that contain three columns: First Name, Last Name, and their Emails. If your list is not provided according to this format, an additional handling fee will apply.*
**Every plan is a part of a monthly subscription, but there are no contracts. If you decide you need to take a break, give us one month’s notice to discontinue our services. If notice for pausing or terminating account is less than 30 days, you will be billed for the subsequent month. If you decide to rejoin our subscription services, your contacts will be stored for up to one year, before a new setup fee will be incurred.**
