What We Need From You

You’ve decided to buy our product. Congrats! We will do our best to make sure you love your experience with us.

No matter whether you select a printed product or a digital one, we will need a few things from you:

Upon placing your order, please send us all the photos you want included in the product. The higher the resolution, the better. If the photos are too small, and you want one to be your background, for example, the photo may look blurry and won’t be the best photo for the job, regardless of how great the picture is. You can consult with the designer at the time to make sure photos are big enough (depending on the project). If you have graphics (such as logos, color bars, QR codes, etc) or fonts you prefer to match your branding, please send those as well. Text is very important also– make sure you send all specific text and contact information so we can best serve you.

Upon completion of the design, you will receive a digital proof of your product from our designer. You must then look at it and confirm that you are happy with it, or that you require further changes. You will notice on your proof, a “proof” watermark all over the page; that will be removed when you approve the proof.

Additional Fees

Depending on how much work needs to be done on the product, an additional fee may apply for design time. For the most part, this will not be necessary, but should we do multiple passes on a design, or complex graphics that we needed to build from scratch, your order will be updated to include said fees.


When placing orders through our website or via phone, it is important to remember that once a proof of your product is approved by you, we can no longer refund your purchase price. The order will be sent at that time from our designer to the printer, or in the case of email to the selected lists. Once your product is sent, all sales are final. That being said, while you must pay at the time of checkout, should you choose to cancel the order before you approve the digital proof sent from the designer, we will refund the cost of printing and you will only be billed for the design time your product required. Our goal is for your complete satisfaction.
